My work covers field leadership, scheduling, trade coordination, MEP and BAS coordination, quality and safety, with most of my experience in active, occupied and technically demanding environments.
Professional Profile
My job is to turn the owner's expectations and the design into a plan the field can actually build.
I've worked in project management, hands-on construction and Site Superintendent roles across ICI and complex renovation work. Today I spend most of my time coordinating trades, managing the daily plan, building and updating schedules, working through procurement and technical issues, and carrying projects through inspections, commissioning and closeout. I also support company health and safety systems.
A lot of that work has been in active and occupied spaces, including universities, hospitals, retail, industrial facilities and controlled environments. In those settings, phasing, shutdowns, logistics and clear communication matter just as much as the physical work.
Selected Work
A few examples of projects and initiatives that show how I work on site, coordinate trades, build schedules, handle technical issues and support quality and safety.
Site Superintendent and GC site lead for a multi-discipline renovation in downtown Toronto, coordinating architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, controls, AV, abatement and finishing work through commissioning and turnover.
Coordinated trades, sequencing and site logistics for an occupied public-sector washroom renovation program, including a five-day production period in which eight washrooms were delivered.
Delivered a four-week shell build-out, coordinating mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, inspections, finishes and turnover against a tight schedule.
Current work, kept anonymous, includes HVAC replacement, electrical and controls interfaces, Siemens BAS and BACnet coordination, validation, shutdown planning, TAB, commissioning, and civil and structural coordination.
Built health and safety documentation and field workflows covering inspections, hazard assessments, corrective actions, training, internal audits, management review and document control.
Built logic-linked schedules for technical, healthcare, laboratory and multi-site work, tying together design, procurement, long-lead items, site logistics, field execution, testing, commissioning and closeout.
Current and security-sensitive work is intentionally kept general. Tender and preconstruction assignments are shown separately from completed construction.
